Due to unforeseen circumstances, a new traffic pattern has been implemented. This change will help expedite the construction of Phase 1 and will remain in place until the transition to Phase 2. The revised pattern is designed to minimize impacts to both the travelling public and local businesses. The traffic pattern for westbound travelers from Thorn Street to Straley Avenue remains largely unchanged. However, eastbound traffic on Straley Avenue has been modified. Drivers should follow the channelizer cones, proceed to the right of the pedestrian islands, and continue in front of Mercer Glass & Mirror and the Fred Gilbert Center.
